Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is perfect, right opposite the Abbey and close to the center of town. The rooms were okay considering the age of the building, but some had few mismatched hangers for clothing. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The dining experience was decent, although the wait for food was a bit long. The price reflected certain room views, and the location was ideal for exploring the town without needing to drive.
The hotel is comfortable and ideal for families, yet in need of refurbishment. The rooms were clean but showed signs of wear and tear, with visible mouse catchers. The service was polite and efficient. The location is excellent, offering free parking and easy access to attractions. The dining experience had some issues with food quality. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
